Attribute

Modeling Available 

Indicates the presence of deterministic modeling information provided by the client or derived from work contracted out to industry experts. 

Quake SEL 

The earthquake Scenario Expected Loss (SEL) used to understand expected loss estimates for a 475-year return period earthquake. 

Quake SUL 

The earthquake Scenario Upper Loss (SUL) used to understand expected loss estimates for a 475-year return period earthquake. 

Fire EML 

Fire Estimated Maximum Loss (EML): The largest loss reasonably expected to arise from a single fire event. May be less than the market or replacement value of the property. 

Fire PML 

Fire Probable Maximum Loss (PML): The maximum percentage of risk that could be subject to a fire loss at a given point in time, used by underwriters to estimate the highest maximum claim likely to be filed.
