Published summary of the inspection programs in place for a particular building. 

Business Continuity / Emergency Action Plans 

Indicates the presence of a business continuity plan or an emergency action plan. 

Business Interruption – Preparedness 

Adjusts the calculated maximum effective downtime to reflect site-specific preparedness efforts. 

Business Interruption – Redundancy 

Adjusts the calculated maximum effective downtime to reflect the redundancy of operations built into a network. 

Loss Engineering Report 

Indicates a loss engineering report has been completed and when it was completed. 

Date of Loss Engineering Report 

Indicates the completion date of the latest loss engineering report. 

Number of High Priority Recommendations 

The number of high-priority engineering recommendations provided in the most recent loss engineering report. 

Seismic Inspection Report 

Indicates the presence of a seismic inspection report. 

Seismic Inspection Date 

Indicates the completion date of a seismic inspection report. 

Roof Inspection / Maintenance Program 

Indicates the existence and frequency of the roof inspection program. 

Generator Testing Program 

Defines the existence and frequency of a generator testing program. 

Control of Combustibles Program 

A program to reduce the risk of fire through controlling combustible material storage and use. 

Smoking Controls Program 

A program to reduce the risk of fire through designating smoking areas throughout the building site. 

Valve Inspection Program 

Provides guidance on maintenance and testing of water supply (specifically fire protection) valves to ensure proper function in an emergency. 

Portable Fire Extinguisher Program 

Establishes minimum standards for the placement, use, maintenance, and testing of portable fire extinguishers. 

Hot Work Program 

Establishes guidelines to guard against fires from heat-producing operations performed using portable equipment away from a shop area. 

Storage and Handling of Flammable and Combustible Liquid Program 

Provides details on how flammable or combustible materials should be handled and stored to significantly reduce the possibility of accidental fires.
