Specific Occupancy | The exact occupancy classification of a building based on its intended purpose and occupants, dictating code requirements, safety features, and emergency protocols. |
Occupancy Description | A tool for expanding the details of the property's occupancy. |
Primary Tenant Type | Indicates the primary occupancy in a multi-tenant building. |
ATC Occupancy Code | Used by insurers to assess risk based on the purpose of a building and its occupants, including layout of walls, windows, doors, and equipment. |
NAICS Occupancy Code | A standardized 2- to 6-digit number used by federal agencies to classify a business by its primary economic activity. |
SIC Occupancy Code | A four-digit numerical standard established by the US government to classify the primary industry in which a business operates. |
Number of Beds | The total count or number of beds present at a property, such as a hotel or hospital. |
