This Attribute Glossary article provides definitions of attributes tied to a property's security measures.

Archipelago does not provide the values for all of these attributes, but rather can ingest them from your uploaded SOV or pull them from submitted documents (PCA, LE reports, etc). Some of these attributes are hidden unless provided to reduce the amount of blank columns on your SOV. If you want an attribute to be made visible or if you would like to add a custom attribute to your SOV, please reach out to support@onarchipelago.com

Attribute	Definition
Life Safety	Indicates the presence, absence, or characteristics of life safety systems at the property.
Security Description	A tool for expanding the details of the property's security system and processes.
Armed Guards	Indicates the presence, absence, or characteristics of armed guards at the property.
Burglar Alarm	Indicates whether the property has burglar alarm systems installed and operational.
CO Detectors	Indicates whether the property has carbon monoxide detector systems installed and operational.
Crime Score	A numerical score indicating the crime risk level for the property location, used for security and liability risk assessment.
Protection Other	Indicates whether the property has other protection systems installed and operational.
Pools Fenced	Indicates whether pools at the property are enclosed with fencing for safety and security purposes.
