This Attribute Glossary article provides definitions of attributes that are Miscellaneous

Attribute 

Definition 

Portfolio Name 

Some clients organize their properties in portfolios. This attribute shows the portfolio name for grouping purposes and assessments. 

Owner 

Legal ownership of the building as indicated in the client's records. 

Property Manager 

Name of the organization that manages the property. 

Date of Acquisition or Occupancy 

The date the client came into possession of the property, either by acquiring (date of sale) or building it (date of Certificate of Occupancy). 

Property Status 

Current ownership status of the property: New, Ongoing, or Disposed. 

Acquired or Built 

Indicates whether a property was built by the client or acquired. If the client was involved in construction in any capacity, the property is considered built. 

Leased or Owned 

Indicates the ownership status of a property. 

Years in Portfolio 

The number of years a property has been with the current owner or property manager. 

Disposition Date 

The year a property was sold, subleased, or transferred. 

Enriched 

Indicates if there has been any data enrichment for a property from documents provided by the client. 

Exclusions 

Indicates when there is no coverage for a particular hazard in the policy (e.g., EQ, Wind). 

Dependency Value 

The evaluation of how much the property relies on external entities for income generation, rather than the physical structure itself. 

Dependency Comments 

Indicates whether the operations of a building are dependent on another building within the same organization. 

Contingency 

Identifies the properties that are contingent and the type of contingency (e.g., Property Contingent, EQ Contingent). 

Contingent Business Interruption Comments 

Indicates whether the production of a property may be impacted by a loss suffered by one or more of a manufacturer's suppliers or customers. 

Organization Level 1 

Supports an organizational hierarchy or internal grouping used by the customer (e.g., Funds, Divisions, Investment Portfolios). 

Organization Level 2 

Supports an organizational hierarchy or internal grouping used by the customer. 

Organization Level 3 

Supports an organizational hierarchy or internal grouping used by the customer. 

Organization Level 4 

Supports an organizational hierarchy or internal grouping used by the customer.
